SASHA GREEN
As an experienced Personal Trainer and Fitness Model, I know what it takes to get you feeling and looking your absolute best. Living a balanced and healthy lifestyle is something I advocate to all my clients.
Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly your fitness goals. My sessions are tough, varied and balanced, and I always provide high levels of motivation and encouragement to keep you focused.
As well as having a Personal Training Diploma and Advanced Certification in Nutrition I also hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, which I adopt to my training philosophy.

Sasha operates from a number of gyms, hotels, parks and private training studios in London. Area's covered are Wimbledon, Chelsea, Mayfair and Holland Park. If you would prefer to train in the comfort of your own home or work place this can also be arranged and all equipment will be provided. Online Sessions now available.
